One full dropper equals one milliliter and contains 33mg of CBD. We suggest you begin with a dose of ½ to 1 dropper a day. Gently shake the bottle before use. The cannabinoids will be absorbed faster into your system if you hold the tincture under your tongue for 15-20 seconds before swallowing. CBD and other Hemp Cannabinoids seem to be most effective when a steady dose is maintained over time. We suggest you start by using one dose, once a day. Even if you don’t feel immediate results, continue to take the tincture daily for at least one week. If, after a week of regular doses, you are not seeing the results you want, increase the frequency or amount of your dose. If you were taking one ml once a day, try 1ml twice a day, or 2ml once a day. You can continue to increase the frequency or amount of your dose until you reach the desired effects. We recommend that any time you increase the dose, you maintain the new dose for at least a week to become familiar with the effects of the new dose.
